These Terms govern your access to and use of Koordy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Koordy (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Koordy is a concierge-style service that helps users discover food and place orders in Korea. Koordy may provide translated menu information and assist with communications related to orders. Koordy may also offer travel-related assistance features as part of the Service (e.g., helping visitors navigate ordering and delivery).

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may authenticate using a phone number. We may send one-time passcodes (OTPs) via WhatsApp or other channels. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and access codes, and for all activity under your account.

4. Orders, Fees, and Payments

  • When you request an order through Koordy, you authorize us (and/or our partners/processors) to facilitate that order.
  • Prices, availability, delivery times, and menu information may change and may contain errors.
  • Koordy may charge service fees for facilitation, translation, support, and related convenience services. Any applicable fees should be disclosed during the ordering flow where practicable.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Their terms may apply in addition to ours.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the status of the order, restaurant policies, delivery constraints, and payment processor rules. If you need help, contact us promptly. We will review requests in good faith; however, we cannot guarantee refunds for all situations (e.g., if an order has already been prepared or dispatched).

6. User Conduct

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not interfere with the Service, including scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing rate limits.
  • Provide accurate information, including delivery details and contact details.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The Service may include content or links from third parties (e.g., restaurants, delivery providers, maps, or messaging platforms). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information (including translations, menus, pricing, or availability) is accurate at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYG Korea Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
